Do I have to stop contacting the person accusing me of harassment?
Legally, you don't have to -- but it's generally a good idea. Further contact with the other party may be used against you at trial. But if you have a legitimate reason to continue contacting the person accusing you, such as a business relationship or regarding a minor child, you may continue contacting the other party.
